The view and location seem to be the only reasons people stay here. There was no Wi-Fi, the drains clogged constantly, and the staff were rude and passive. The food was terrible, and they wouldn't let family members sit together if they were staying in different rooms. Don't stay here. There are better options.

The location is gorgeous, and it's easy to reach lots of beaches. Staff were accommodating and helpful, and a free bus around the island stops right outside the hotel. Restaurant and bar service were great too. The pool has a fantastic view. A 10/10 experience.

The private beach was wonderful: clean water, not too loud, and a relaxing mix of families and other visitors. It was perfect for long swims and sunbathing. The hotel itself was more of a mixed bag. We'd booked and been promised an upper sea-view room with a balcony, but got a lower room with only a partial view. It was still okay, just not the view people rave about. One front-desk staff member was a great, helpful guy who seemed keen to sort it out, though he couldn't fix the room issue. Others were less helpful, and breakfast staff were downright surly. The beds were uncomfortable, there were lots of mosquitoes, noisy upstairs neighbors, and bad breakfast.

The location is awesome, and the local people are kind and nice. My room was at the top of the building. The receptionist assured me it had a sea view, but I could see the sea from the balcony, not through the window, which wasn't quite the same. There's a rooftop pool without a lifeguard, which felt even more romantic in the low season. Nobody else was there, so we had everything to ourselves. It was a good stay.
