Sonia made our stay what it was. She was one of the kindest, most accommodating people I’ve met, and whenever we asked about the area, she didn’t just answer, she helped sort things out. The room was immaculate, with a big comfortable bed, and Portopalo itself is a blissfully pleasant little town. PortopaloSuite Boutique hotel is near Portopalo’s main Street, which leads to the beach and has most of the bars, geleratias and restaurants. I can’t say enough about the stay. I’m already counting the days until I return.

The suite was spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned, and clean, with care taken over the details. We also found convenient parking when we arrived. Sonia was there to welcome us and was a solid, important point of contact for guests, while her young staff were kind and courteous. Breakfast is served in a lovely room on the ground floor, with a modest selection of fresh, good-quality products. The attention we received made us feel at home even as tourists. The location is excellent for seeing the town center and other sights. There was also a great food experience, equipped beaches with Caribbean-like water, a warm tourist welcome, and very available staff. We strongly recommend this place.

Sonia made us feel at home with her warm hospitality. She was empathetic, very helpful, and attentive to everything we needed. Portopalo Suite was welcoming and well cared for, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to feel looked after during a stay. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and spotless, with thoughtful details that made it easy to relax. Breakfast was a pleasure each morning, with lots of fresh, high-quality options.

Right in the town center, with friendly service and modern rooms furnished with style. Breakfast is a simple Italian spread, but the quality is good.
