Portovenere really is a gem, and we were already thinking about when we could return as we left. At Colonna24, Giovanni, Paolo, and Susanna made us feel so welcome. The staff were friendly and made everything easy, from the lovely breakfast each morning to helping us figure out how to get around the area. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Giovi made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our wonderful stay at Colonna 24. He was communicative and helpful, a perfect host. Porto Venere is magical, and anyone thinking of exploring the famous Cinque Terre should stay here.

The location is perfect, and Porto venere is a great place to stay when visiting cinque terre. We had a wonderful stay at Colonna. The rooms were very clean, and the large, nice shower was a rare find in Italy. Giovanni, Paulo were personable and helpful, sharing recommendations during our trip. They also served a lovely breakfast with pastries and eggs. Thank you so much!

We liked being inside the old walls of Porto Venere and away from the Cinque Terre crowds, while still enjoying the area. The hotel was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and Giovanni was a huge help with the parking garage and our bags. He also made a lovely breakfast every morning.

Portovenere's main sights were only a couple of minutes away, and our room at Colonna 24 was clean and roomy, with its own air conditioning. We stayed two nights and were glad we chose it. Paolo kindly upgraded our room, and Giovanni helped make the visit special, even finding us a table at a very swanky restaurant that had been fully booked. We'd happily stay again.
