I went to casa Del Pescatore to get away from a stressful life, and it felt like paradise. It’s a peaceful, quiet place to properly relax, with Andrea there to help you feel at home. A fantastic spot if you’re after something special.
Andrea is kind and happy to answer questions, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, with a lovely view over Portovenere. This cute guest house on Palmaria island makes a relaxing getaway and a good base for visiting Cinque Terre. There are a few hikes on the island, plus a viewpoint for sunset. Getting there takes a local ferry from Portovenere. It runs once an hour, and a round trip costs 10 euros. Check that the ferry is going to Punto Secco, the closest port to the B&B.

The view is priceless, and every corner feels like a postcard. It was a special weekend, with such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Andrea, the owner, was among the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met. I highly recommend it!
