One of my favourite memories from Positano is having a cappuccino in the morning while looking out at the sea. Salvatore is such a caring, happy host, and the views are stunning. The whole place is peaceful and wonderful, surrounded by mountains with an almost 180° sea view. I personally loved that it’s a little farther from Positano city center, since things get so hectic there. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed here twice, and we’ll definitely come back. The view and breakfast are great, and it’s a super relaxing place. The staff are friendly and happy to chat if you feel like it. We tried the homemade dinners this time too. They cost 25€/person, and you can decide each day; the menu is set in the morning. Salvatore, the host, is also the chef. You get a full Italian meal with prosecco, homemade wine, and homemade liquors. It’s a great option if you’d rather not head out to a restaurant at night, which can be expensive in this region.

A remarkable place for enjoying the peace, splendour, and breathtaking scenery of this beautiful region, away from the bustle down by the seaside. We stayed here a few years ago and would highly recommend it. You can get into town by bus or your own choice of transport in 10-15 minutes, and it’s also easy to take a stroll through the mountains.

The balcony door could stay open and let in a cool, refreshing breeze, and after all that walking I slept just fine. The bed felt a little uncomfortable, though I may be spoiled by my Tempurpedic at home. Breakfast and cappuccino were great, the views were beautiful, and the place was very affordable. Everyone there was lovely.
