We stayed one night in a deluxe suite with a balcony, and the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon/babymoon special. The view was incredible, the room was great, and it was clean and clearly well maintained, even though the building isn’t new. The bed was the most comfortable one we slept in during our two weeks in Italy. There’s an elevator and complimentary breakfast, too. The buffet had toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, and bacon, which wasn’t shown in the photos. We didn’t get to explore the other amenities, but it looked like they offered a lot. We came from Pompeii and got a bus from Meta to the hotel. At Meta, the sign says the bus stop is 50 meters further, and it may not look legitimate, but trust it and walk uphill to the intersection with the Main Street. Our bus was delayed, which is to be expected with traffic, and it can be very hard to be punctual. The road was tight but traffic wasn’t too bad the week after Easter in early April. The stop was only 10 feet from the hotel entrance, which was so convenient after a long day of travel and exploring.

We had a good stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, though a little outdated, and breakfast was a perfectly normal Italian buffet. It’s a good, cheaper option for Positano, but bear in mind the hotel is at the top of town. You’ll need to tackle lots of steps, catch the bus, or pay €40 for a cab.

Our balcony had a lovely view, and the chairs out there were really comfortable. The room was basic but had all the essentials. You could hear other guests through the thin walls, and the room got quite bright when we were trying to sleep. I’d recommend bringing an eye mask.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the view was really nice. Breakfast had a good range of tasty options, and the staff were attentive and friendly. A very good experience.

The view was the only plus, along with the stairway up and down to the main road. The room looked nothing like the photos we saw, and it was dirty. The bathroom was even worse and smelled like urine had been sitting there for weeks. The towels and sheets had a strange damp, mildew smell. Don’t stay here!
