Villa Rosa

Breakfast on the spacious balcony was a highlight. Each morning they brought an impressive tray of food, and the coast and colorful town spilling down the cliffs made a stunning view. The room itself was simple, clean, and well air-conditioned. Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the famous Franco’s bar, with plenty of nice restaurants along the street. If you're coming by ferry, be aware the route up to the villa is very steep and crowded with steps. With heavy bags like ours, I'd highly recommend booking a porter.

Anna was very helpful with arranging transport and recommending restaurants. We stayed in room 34 on the third floor. It was clean and spacious, with great service and an unbelievable, magical location. Just be ready for lots of stairs wherever you go in positano. It is what it is.

The balconies also look out over the coast and the colorful town tumbling down the cliffs. Staff were kind and attentive, and the laundry service was especially convenient on a longer trip. At Villa Rosa, we found spacious, impeccably clean rooms with a classic Italian feel. From the moment we arrived, the property's charm and warmth made an impression. It was a picturesque, authentic Positano stay with wonderful service, and we can't wait to come back.
