The house is set in greenery beside a small lake, a lovely place for a leisurely walk, and the rooms are airy and cool. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, always served on the terrace overlooking the lake. Our hosts were so welcoming and kind that we felt right at home. We also had a wonderful e-bike tour and enjoyed playing Burraco with Marialuisa and Daniela. Thanks, Sandro and Daniela.

Sandro, who’s an excellent guide, took us on an e-bike tour of Macerata, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent six days with Daniela and Sandro and felt at home from the start. They were wonderfully welcoming, always ready with directions or suggestions for a nice lunch or dinner. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and breakfast on the terrace had a great view of the lakes behind the property. It’s five minutes from the public beach, reachable by bike, and rentals are available at the property. Thanks, Sandro and Daniela. We’ll be back!

We don’t often give five stars, but Sandro and Daniela earned every one. They were always available with suggestions for places to visit, events, restaurants, and more. Everything was carefully maintained, and they were exceptional with the organization, cleanliness, and breakfast. One of the best vacations we’ve had. Highly recommended.

We appreciated the kind, helpful owner, the good and generous breakfast, and the complimentary gift we were offered when leaving. The property is beautiful and furnished with taste. One downside is the setting: it sits beside the busy, noisy Adriatica highway, and the railway is very close too.

Casa di Pici was a wonderful stay, with a really family-friendly atmosphere thanks to Daniela and Sandro.
