Pove 2.4 Hotel

The rooms were clean and the bathroom was really nice. The location is okay, and if the rate is reasonable when you book, it could be decent. But there are several things to keep in mind. The hotel is right by the railway. You can see the trains from the room balcony, hear them, and feel slight vibrations. There’s no sound insulation either, so noise from neighboring rooms carries through. Breakfast has croissants, spreads, yogurt, boiled eggs, and cold cuts, but no hot food like scrambled eggs. We appreciated being able to put our bikes in a special storage room when we arrived, but only the owner had access. The next day, nobody was available to put them away after our ride, so we had to leave them in an outside storage area that is always unlocked. If you have expensive bikes, this isn’t the place for you. On Saturday morning, we were enjoying the nature and sightseeing and thought we might stay one more night despite the drawbacks. When we came back from our day trip, there were no parking spaces left. The owners told us to use the neighbor’s parking. They said the hotel lot was full because someone was celebrating a 50th birthday there, with the spaces taken by private guests, probably friends of the owners. Instead of asking those guests to park at the neighbor’s and keeping the hotel parking for paying guests, they left us to figure out where to put our car. There was also a private birthday party that Saturday night. The music was loud, kids were screaming, and it went on late. After that, we decided against extending our stay.
