The rooms were spotless and nicely furnished, and the farm made it easy to reach scenic spots around this part of Italy. We especially liked the communal feel, and the local Osterias and Vineyards suggestions helped round out our trip. The manager was warm and helpful, sharing useful maps and parking advice for places like Trieste, Udine, and Cividale. One small clarification: they grow Kiwis here, not Prosciutto, so that one-star review seems to have been attached to the wrong business.

Bernardo made sure we had a good stay. The villa has a genuine rustic feel with modern amenities, and it sits among vineyards in a lovely part of Italy, away from the tourist crowds. A fantastic place to get away.

We had the whole family here for eight days around our wedding, including relatives from the UK and Australia, and everyone loved it. The apartments are roomy, spotless, and have high ceilings and thick walls that kept them comfortable even at 38 degrees without air conditioning. The shared pool was a great way to cool off, and there's a heated outdoor shower for warming up after a swim, even on a chilly day. Ben and his family manage the place and are really lovely and helpful. I grew up in the area, and this is one of its most beautiful spots.

Bernardo looked after us carefully and shared lots of useful ideas for outings around Friuli. Our week at Villa Coren was very relaxing, with warm days spent by the huge, well-kept pool and evenings barbecuing in our own garden space. The apartment was lovely, suited four people, and everything was in perfect shape and just as described. We’d happily return, and definitely recommend the farm for a visit to Friuli.
