Albergo Delle Rose

I’d give it about two stars. The bathrooms and beds are old, and some of the air conditioners don’t work.

I like this place. It’s not too bad!

The hotel is in a convenient location and has underground parking. The sea view from the windows makes up for being right by the railway. I wouldn’t choose it if getting a good night’s sleep is the main goal, but for location, value, and friendly service it works really well. The welcome on arrival wasn’t great, though someone else was very kind the next day and arranged a breakfast to suit my dietary needs. That might sound like a small thing, but it’s a real treat when you have food restrictions.

The rooms are very small, and the beds creak a bit when you move, but the location and view are beautiful. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was simple but good. It seems like a great hotel for summer, less so in winter when you might spend more time in the room. The train tracks are close by. They didn’t bother me at night, though I can’t say what it’s like during the day.
