The port, beach, and Roman period architecture are all close by. This is a beautiful, cozy hotel with a history and mystery of its own. The service and restaurant were excellent, and you can tell the people working there bring experience and soul to it. Thanks so much, Puzzoli rules! Sending you all a hug.

The terrace had a lovely view, and the location was nice, but I was disappointed with the rest of the stay. My room felt empty and unwelcoming, the TV didn't work, and the shower was dirty with no cold water. There were bugs in the bathroom, which I found very unpleasant. In the morning the whole place smelled bad, so it was hard to enjoy the start of the day. Breakfast was disappointing too. I had to order the day before, and even then I didn't receive what I asked for. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

We’re here until the end of the month, and honestly, I’m surprised the reviews are only average. The room is good value for its size and the view, and the location works well. The air conditioning is a big plus. There can be a bit of a language barrier, but that’s our fault for not speaking Italian. Pasquale in the breakfast area has been amazing, always doing extra to make sure we’re comfortable. It’s our last day, so I thought I’d add a few photos of the room and view. We love this place.

The location makes it easy to reach the main attractions, and there’s parking on the back street. The building itself is beautiful, with a bright, modern breakfast room that’s spacious and has a great terrace. Our room was roomy too, but the details need more attention. The light was very dim, and there was no information about WiFi, the menu, or how to call reception. There was only water in the fridge. I later found a snack list in a cupboard, but none of those items were in the room. Cables were sticking out of the wall without a cover. In the bathroom, there was soap and a shower cap, but nothing extra like a toothbrush, and the soap dispenser in the shower was hard to use. Breakfast was okay, though mostly sweet options. Reception wasn’t especially friendly, and they asked us several times during the day to pay on arrival. It has potential, but right now it doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel.
