The location makes it easy to enjoy Praia a Mare or explore nearby towns along the Calabrian coast. Villa Stella is delightful, and the property is spotless and has every amenity. Gilda, the owner, was kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We can’t thank her enough. A wonderful stay!
We were only passing through and stayed at Villa Stella for one night. The house is lovely, with thoughtful furnishings and clean rooms. The owner was very courteous and friendly, and breakfast was delicious. We could enjoy it out in the garden, too.
Breakfast was meager and well below average. We won’t be back. The room was small, and while advertised as a double, it was really a single with a double bed. The price didn’t reflect that. The bathroom was either outside the room or downstairs, the sheets didn’t smell clean, and we were given just one towel, too small to dry off with after a shower.
The room was tiny and the bathroom shared. The lady kindly found us another place with a friend of hers, but I still wouldn’t recommend it.
Great location, warm hospitality, and everything you could want in a B&B. Highly recommended.
