The location worked well for both winter skiing and summer hikes. We stayed two days, and the recent renovation was a pleasant surprise, carefully thought through. Our room was warm and spotless, and the beds were very comfortable after a day outside. The owners were kind, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with both sweet and savory options. We’d recommend it to anyone after a clean, comfortable stay with a family feel, in a spot that suits any season.

Mara was so kind and considerate while we were in the valley for the Mini Olympics. Hosts like that are hard to come by. Congrats, and best of luck with everything!

The mountain views were splendid, and the room was comfortable, spotless, and perfectly air-conditioned. This historic hotel in Prali has new, efficient management and has been modernized while keeping its mountain style. Breakfast was an excellent, plentiful buffet with sweet and savory choices, and there’s a nice shared room with tea and herbal teas. Guests can also use a gym, take yoga and Pilates classes, and get a discount on the Sky Pass. The property is only steps from the chairlift and 10 meters from a Despar supermarket with excellent local products. There’s ample parking in front, plus a special arrangement with an excellent restaurant and a ski rental and repair service that was just as efficient. It’s handy for the facilities and has a vintage feel. I don’t know how it got 3 stars. It was renovated sometime, I guess. The price seems fair for what you get, including breakfast, and it’s clean. They don’t serve dinner. If you get the ski pass, there’s a €5 discount. During the week it’s empty, then when it snows, several freeriders from abroad show up.
