We could explore Matera's historic center on foot the whole time, with the stunning Sassi just steps away. The location couldn't be better. The house was welcoming, carefully maintained and impeccably clean, everything neat, fresh-smelling and sanitized. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation stay. We'll definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, beauty and a great base for experiencing the city.

Casa Vacanza Diadema is a place I'd make an exception to write a review for. Mrs. Genny was available for all our questions and even suggested itineraries and hidden gems in wonderful Matera. The apartment is bright, has every comfort and is just steps from the center. Breakfast came with a generous choice of food and drinks, which we really appreciated. From the warm welcome to the spotless apartment and the care shown in every little detail, you can feel Mrs. Genny's sincere passion for her work. Highly recommended!!!
