The owner welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. She’s a truly kind person. Breakfast had a delicious variety of things to choose from. The new B&B is very centrally located for visiting Matera’s centre and getting to the Sassi area easily. Highly recommended!

Anna was a wonderful host, and the cakes she made for breakfast were spectacular. The B&B has only a few rooms, all well kept and simple but with everything you need. It was spotless and smelled fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the price was good. It’s just steps from Matera’s main square, in an elegant building that made for a peaceful stay. I’d recommend it to couples and families. Book here if you want to feel at home!

Monica was hospitable and professional, and always ready with advice to make our stay go well. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade desserts made by Monica’s mother. The location is strategic, just a short walk from the centre, and the service was good value for money. An ideal place for an overnight stop in Matera.

Monica was such a friendly, sweet, and helpful hostess, and her cappuccino was delicious. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a large bathroom, and everything was perfectly clean. Breakfast was superb, and the location was great, close to both free and paid parking. In wonderful Matera, this is an ideal place to stay. Thank you, Monica. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Anna and her daughter Monica were so hospitable. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable, and the homemade desserts at breakfast were delicious. It’s just steps from the centre, making this a perfect place for an overnight stop in Matera. Highly recommended!
