appartamento Stella

The apartment was warm, cozy, and comfortable, and the owners were friendly and helpful. It’s also well placed near the station, with connections to places across Tuscany and Italy.

The only issue for us was the stairs leading up to the bathroom, which could be difficult for someone with limited mobility. That wasn’t a problem in our case. The flat was clean and had everything we needed, with a comfortable bed, a good bathroom, hot water, and a nice shower. It’s close to Prato Serraglie train station and the historic center. The kitchen is tiny, literally fitted into a cupboard, but it was well stocked and we cooked without any trouble. The mess in the photos is mine, I took them while we were getting ready to leave.

The owners’ thoughtfulness is what made the stay special. There were toys and cartoons for the kids, DVDs, an extra fleece blanket, herbal teas, bathroom deodorant, and even water in the fridge. Those little touches, along with the spotless cleaning and tasteful furnishings, made it feel like they really cared about guests’ comfort. The accommodation itself is quaint, comfortable, and has what you need. It’s also close to the station and historic center. Fabulous, I recommend it!

The owner was always on hand with advice and made us feel at home. The apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped, in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the center. Good value for money, highly recommended.
