My uncle and aunt came from Canada to visit, and we picked this hotel because it’s beside the Duomo(The Cathedral). The outside looks clean and welcoming, and the spot is perfect. They were very happy with how professional and available the staff were, especially Gianni, and with the cleanliness. My uncle even extended their stay because they were so satisfied with the service. I’ll recommend the hotel to other relatives visiting us.

I was a student from University of New Haven from January-May 2024, and this was a lovely place to stay. The owner and the people running it were among the kindest I met in Italy. There are lots of places to eat nearby for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and it’s also close to a train station. I’d highly recommend it.

What stands out most is the staff. It’s family owned, and you can feel that in the way they look after you. The place is cheaper than a hotel in Florence and not too far from the city. I’ll be back.

It’s a large holiday place, though I’d expected something more like a B&B. The location is handy, right by the train station, and make sure you buy tickets to the nearest train station. Service could be better.

The family who own the hotel were really nice and helpful. The shower was great, with strong hot water. Restaurants and grocery shops are nearby, as is a beautiful piazza.
