10/10
Room 332 was very clean, and service from the reception staff was excellent. Stefano in the restaurant is a real pro at restaurant service. Big kudos to the staff for their hospitality and top-notch service.

2/10
The owner was rude and took advantage of my kindness. The restaurant food has gone downhill since last year, and the service has too. I'm disappointed and not keen to return. I'll look for somewhere else to stay nearby next time.
