Residence Kristall

The wellness area was the highlight for us, especially the Turkish bath after a long day skiing. The pool was a nice extra, though I wish the water had been a bit warmer. Staff were extremely friendly and always greeted my family and me coming and going. The residence also has a free ski locker, with a €50 cash deposit. We found the master bedroom beds comfortable, the room temperature easy to control accurately, and the kitchen and dining area useful. Our apartment was generally clean, but one spot had quite a lot of dust and there were big cobwebs near the ceiling. We were on the top floor by a roof exhaust outlet, and on two of our three mornings the opening and closing damper woke us up. When we asked the front desk for restaurant suggestions, they only offered their partner resort, Hotel Ancora. We got 15% off there, but the experience was an utter disaster, so I’d recommend finding somewhere else.

We were a small group and want to thank everyone for a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless and well equipped, the spa was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I can’t think of a better place to stay in Predazzo. There are great services, and it’s just a stone’s throw from the city center, right by the beautiful Dolomite landscape. We highly recommend it!

The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the spa and pool were exceptionally good. Still, as someone who uses maps a lot, I’m surprised by a 4.7 rating. The apartment was very small and uncomfortable, and the place felt impersonal. Wi-Fi didn’t even reach the bedroom, and you can’t do anything without the high-security-style key. The residence is in a very residential, almost industrial area. The town has little to offer and isn’t as charming as other nearby towns.

Really good hotel and service, with staff who were polite and helpful. Say hi to the receptionist for us! We may have been a bit too loud at times, sorry again 🙈, but we could always talk things through and sort them out.
