Just steps away are the mining museum and climate center, the little church of Santo Spirito, and hiking trails for every level. There are also plenty of nice extras, including free public transport tickets, Wi-Fi, boot dryers, balconies, and terraces. The apartments are bright, spacious, spotless, welcoming, relaxing, and comfortable, with a fabulous view. The Nairz family were kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive, and made us feel right at home. A super comfortable stay, and we're completely satisfied. Highly recommended if you love peace, nature, trekking, and a bit of wonder. 🤩🙂🥰

A great base for whatever excursions you have in mind. The apartment was just right for a perfect vacation, with lots of space and very good cleanliness. The owners were welcoming and so kind. Highly recommended!

We spent two wonderful weeks here in summer with the family. The Nairz family were so available, offering advice, help, and even just a chat each day that made us feel right at home. Our apartment was spacious, sunny, and spotlessly clean, with mountain views. We could walk straight onto the main Predoi/Casere trails, and the bus stop was right there too, which made it easy to leave the car behind. We'll definitely come back.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, had two lovely balconies, and came with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. The location worked perfectly for our activities, with bus stops right by the house and hiking areas nearby. Adelheid and Kasian gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment. Since we couldn't shop on Sunday, they kindly supplied the cooking basics and a delicious bottle of wine. Kasian and Maria also gave us regular, detailed suggestions for hikes and mountain bike rides, tailored to us and easy to follow without maps or GPS. We arrived in bad weather and were very reluctant to leave once the weather turned good. The hospitality felt familiar, and there was always someone willing to help. It was perfect for us, and we'll definitely be back. Adelheid, Kasian, and Maria, thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for those wonderful days. Joëlle and Gerhard ;-)
