Fine if all you need is a basic place to sleep for one night.

Luigi gave us a warm welcome and shared tips on beaches and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless, carefully kept, and had everything we needed. Its location is great, on a quiet street with plenty of parking and only a five-minute walk to the center of Pula. Highly recommended!

Stefania handled check-in and was friendly, thorough, and ready to give us all the information we needed. The apartment has a private entrance and is spacious and welcoming, with a sitting area, table, sofa, bedroom, and a large bathroom with a comfortable shower. The furnishings aren’t modern, but the nautical details were lovely. It’s a small apartment without a kitchen, in a quiet residential part of Pula. The center is about a five-minute walk away, and parking was always available right outside. There’s a small garden with a table and drying rack. Inside we found a kettle and tea bags, handy for a simple breakfast if you pick up food at the supermarket. We brought yogurt and biscuits to go with the tea. The new windows have mosquito nets and the insulation is excellent. It was comfortable without air conditioning, though there are two vents, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, for anyone who gets hot. A great base if you want somewhere peaceful and well placed for exploring the lovely beaches in southern Sardinia.

The location was a big plus: quiet, close to Pula’s historic center, less than a five-minute walk away, and convenient for reaching the beautiful beaches on the south coast. The center is lively in the evening and full of character. Stefania and Luigi welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home right away. They were friendly, kind, and helpful with everything we needed. I stayed for a week, and the apartment was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
