The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and it's very close to downtown. Giorgia was kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions and point us to the best tips. I strongly recommend it.

Being on the seventh floor, the view gave my family and me a little breathing space each day. The building also has a very efficient concierge service, and the staff there were kind too. We stayed at Giò longer than planned because of an extended hospital stay. Our studio became a safe haven: welcoming, practical, equipped with what we needed, and conveniently located near a supermarket and about a 10-minute walk from the center. It was also close to the station locals call the “stazione piccola,” serving the Modena-Sassuolo line. That train was a lifesaver for reaching Baggiovara hospital in just a few minutes. More than anything, we want to mention Gio’s kindness, availability, and immense humanity. During a very difficult time in a city we didn’t know, she became someone we could rely on. Thank you, Gio, for making us feel at home so far from home.

I spent two weeks in Giorgia's studio and was really happy there. It's compact, but has everything one or two people need, from kitchen utensils and dishes to bed linens, and it was clean and well equipped. The center of Modena is less than a 10-minute walk away. Giorgia was kind and available whenever I had a question or needed something. I highly recommend this B&B!
