The apartment is above a tabacchi and coffee shop, while the building shown is across the street. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, a living room, and a bathroom with a washing machine. It’s on the first floor, reachable by stairs or elevator. The owner is a Maserati fan, and there are pictures of Maserati cars everywhere. Finding the main entrance can be tricky. Booking.com shows the Maserati factory tower, and the apartment entrance is directly opposite the factory. For easier directions, enter New Dental Medical Service, Via Divisione Acqui, 4, 41122 Modena MO, Italy in your route planner. The owner is available on WhatsApp and replies to questions very quickly.

We’ll definitely come back. It’s a beautiful, clean, welcoming house, the host is helpful, and it’s fairly close to the historic center.

A mythical building, shaped like a trident.
