The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff were lovely. It’s a great B&B in a gorgeous area of Modena. Having a car is better, but they’ll give you a lift if you don’t have one.

The accommodation is simple, but has everything you need. It’s outside Modena, with the city center about a 15-minute drive away. The best part was Mr. Giuliano’s special welcome. He really goes out of his way to make guests comfortable, makes breakfast, and is happy to stop for a chat or share information about Modena and the surrounding area. The homemade cakes at breakfast were delicious, and there was plenty to eat. You can feel the care and passion they put into their work, a lovely treat when you’re away from home. We had a warm, friendly welcome, and the rooms were clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort, including a welcome kit. Out in the countryside, it’s also convenient for visiting Modena, its villages, and the hills.

A peaceful stay, with a lovely garden and an excellent location that’s easy to reach. The owner was courteous and patient, and cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast includes Italian and non-Italian choices, along with homemade desserts. There’s also a restaurant serving traditional Modena food just a few meters away. We’ll definitely come back for longer. See you soon!
