The room was wonderful, full of lovely little details. The manager was extremely attentive, thank you for that. It’s only 1 km from the railway station, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Getting through the access steps takes a little time to figure out, but once you do, it’s just a matter of opening the webpage and tapping the buttons. Read the hotel’s messages!

We loved staying here and would absolutely choose it again if we return to Modena.

The hosts were kind and full of useful tips about the city, which made the stay feel welcoming. From B&B Canalino 21, we could walk around the historic center and get to restaurants and attractions without a car. Our room was quiet, clean, and cozy, a nice place to relax after a day out. Breakfast was delicious, made with simple ingredients. I had a wonderful time and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Modena.

Breakfast was self-service and had everything, absolutely everything! This B&B is right in the historic center, close to all the sights. My large Ferrari room was very clean, with a roomy private bathroom and a window. Just two small issues: the air freshener smelled unpleasant and needs replacing, and the TV remote didn’t work.
