The hosts were wonderful, with a good breakfast and helpful tips about the area. We spent three nights in this pleasant residential neighborhood outside Modena’s center. The room was spacious and clean, and private, secure parking was included. It’s a great choice if you have a car.

We stopped for one night on our way through Italy and got such a warm welcome. The hosts gave us great suggestions for Modena’s centro storico, just a short drive away. Breakfast was incredible, with mostly homemade cakes and tarts plus savory dishes. We’d have needed a few more days to try it all. Thank you to our lovely hosts!

It’s a little outside Modena, which suited us fine since it was quiet. Gianna and her husband were so warm and made us feel like family. She even booked us a table at one of her favorite restaurants. Thanks for a great stay, Gianna, my new Nonna G 😊. It was far too short, so we’ll be back.

Breakfast was amazing, and the room was spotless with every amenity we could need. Giuliano and Gianna were so accommodating and welcomed us like family. Such a lovely, quaint B&B. I’d definitely recommend it!

Really the best B&B I’ve seen. The owner was friendly and professional, breakfast was great, and there’s free parking in a great location.
