B&B A casa di Flo'

I’ve stayed in several very good B&Bs in Modena, but this place offers much more. You get a comfortable, fully equipped apartment on the ground floor of a house with a garden. Everything is spotless and well cared for. The owner lives upstairs and pampers her guests in all sorts of ways. She fills the fridge and pantry with what you need for breakfast and a quick dinner, leaves homemade treats, and is always inviting you to enjoy the garden. Flo doesn’t just know how to welcome people, she truly enjoys hosting and making guests feel at ease, like friends.

The garden around the house is perfect for relaxing or for a trip with children, and the apartment is spacious with every comfort. Floriana was so kind and professional, and even made us some really delicious desserts during our stay. Flo's B&B is simply perfect if you’re staying in Modena.

We only wish we hadn’t had to leave so early. “At Flo's house” really does feel like home, with a lovely welcome and a clean, beautiful, very comfortable apartment. There’s a garden, and the place is in a quiet, semi-central part of Modena. The kitchen is fully equipped, and breakfast was varied and plentiful. Goodbye for now!

Flo, the owner, was the best part, kindly sorting out any problems that came up during our stay in Modena. The house was spectacular: spacious, clean and well equipped. It was handy to have parking, and being on the ground floor made things easier with lots of luggage. The homemade breakfast sweets were exquisite. I hope to come back soon!
