The staff were really friendly and helpful, and speaking English with them was easy. I slept well in a clean, comfortable room with great air conditioning and cozy beds. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the fresh, delicious croissants each morning. Thanks for a good stay!

The desk clerk accused us of taking something that we'd already paid for online. When he realized he wasn't getting paid again or receiving any more money, he became violent, and we had to get out of the hotel. This was an absolute disgrace. It felt like a routine that had worked for him before. Avoid this place like the plague, it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I can't describe how bad it was.

Our car was broken into overnight while it was in their parking lot, and the breakfast was bad too. A terrible place.
