The room had a nice, modern interior, a large balcony and a comfortable bed. Parking is spacious and free. Breakfast was small but very good. You have to choose from their menu and pick a time the day before, and they bring it to your room. The bathroom was the main reason for my low rating. It takes ages for the water to warm up, and when it does, it’s only warm and the pressure is very weak. The shower has only an overhead head, no standard one, and the pressure was so poor we couldn’t shower. The location is in the middle of nowhere, suitable only if you have a car. At check-in they took our passports and said we’d get them back at checkout. That’s a big red flag. After some negotiating we got them returned, since they’re our only valid ID in Italy.

A good hotel overall, but it seems better suited to Italian tourists than international business travelers. The rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. I’m from Germany, and communication was a little complicated. Breakfast was okay, though not really my favorite.

We spent Valentine’s Day here as a couple in the suite with the hot tub. It’s really big, and for once the water was exactly the right temperature. The room and breakfast were top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back. If you want to relax, this is the place. ❤️
