We only stayed one night, which was a shame because the stay was fantastic. Luca, the owner, is extraordinary, very friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with every comfort. Highly recommended. I hope to come back soon.

The owners are friendly and helpful, and the villa is in a quiet area in the beautiful province of Pistoia. It’s very clean, has private parking, and feels extremely secure, with cameras throughout the common areas. There’s home automation technology and every comfort, all at very affordable prices. Definitely recommended for a few nights or a longer stay.

The location worked so well for us, with Florence, Prato, and Pistoia about ten minutes away, and Pisa, Lucca, and Viareggio roughly half an hour away. We spent a week there and felt like family from the first minute. The owners were courteous, kind, and helpful, and even though we arrived at 2:00 AM instead of the 8:00 PM arrival time we’d given, check-in was handled very professionally. The whole property was impeccably clean, and our beautiful, tastefully furnished room had every comfort. The welcome touches were rare, even for us, since we travel often for both work and pleasure. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. We’ll come back as often as we can! Nunzio and Francesca.

The owners are friendly and always available if you need anything. The villa has a lovely Florentine style, convenient private parking, and is fully equipped with home automation. Hygiene was top-notch, and the prices were great.

We noticed the poor hygiene as soon as we got there. We asked to have the deposit refunded so we could move to another place, but they refused, so we had to stay. It turned out to be worse than we expected. Stay away, and don’t pay in advance.
