The staff were friendly and the restaurant food was nice. The rooms, though, looked dated and were noisy.

We visited in September 2012. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and the breakfast itself was very good, served in a fantastic top-floor room with a 360° view. The Kontiki Restaurant also served excellent food. Staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and beautifully furnished.

4/10
The hotel staff were the one bright spot, they were very nice. Everything else felt like a disaster for a hotel in this category, and I’ve stayed in better hostels. The breakfast tables were dirty and there was hardly any food. The room furnishings were terrible, from the bathroom and beds to the chairs and tables. For a four-star hotel, it doesn't deserve even two.

The facilities are fine and the hotel is functional, but breakfast and the bar were terrible. There was basically nothing at the bar, and breakfast was even more limited: a couple of plates of cheese and croissants, coffee, watermelon, melon, and yogurt. That was it.

It was quiet and clean, with a very good breakfast and really friendly staff. Great service for the price. I’ll be back.
