Restaurants and shops are nearby, and it’s easy to explore the area from here. The sea is only a short distance away, so getting to the beaches and coastline is simple. The apartment is new, modern, nicely designed, and comfortable, with what you need for a relaxing holiday in southern Sardinia. A perfect fit if you want a stylish, convenient place near the sea. Highly recommend!

There’s free public parking with plenty of spaces. You can walk to the shops and other places, though having a car makes getting around easier. The apartment has three separate rooms, three balconies, and a bathroom, and it’s close to the main places you might need.

Poetto Beach is 5 km away and Cagliari city center is 7 km away, a handy base for exploring the beaches of southern Sardinia. The apartment has a panoramic view and sits in a quiet area with services nearby. Inside, the modern furniture, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to settle in for a longer stay. There’s free parking under the apartment and Wi-Fi. We’d happily come back!

The host was very kind and ready to share details about beach services, restaurants, and entertainment. The apartment is modern, well equipped, and conveniently placed in an area with amenities nearby. It’s also easy to reach the beaches along the south coast, including Poetto beach in Quartu Sant'Elena. A comfortable option for a relaxing holiday.

Brand new, really lovely luxury apartment, and the host was super nice. I’d recommend it to everyone for a long holiday in Sardinia.
