We spent lovely afternoons in the pool, spa, and wellness area, and enjoyed walks through the spectacular mountains. The mountain views are amazing, and the hotel is lovely, with comfortable service. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were very well organized. Absolutely recommend it! 😀😀😀

We had booked Hotel Seeber for seven nights, August 22 to 28, but had to cancel because of a family health issue. The hotel said guests could cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival, so we cancelled on August 13, nine days ahead. They didn’t reply, and when we contacted them again seven days before the stay, we still got no response and had to keep chasing them. We eventually reached someone and cancelled, but they refused to return our €200 deposit. Neither the website nor the confirmation email said the deposit was non-refundable. The email simply said guests could cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival. I called three times about the refusal, and each time they said we should have known the deposit couldn’t be refunded. How could we know a policy they never stated? It wasn’t on their website or in their emails. It felt misleading and disrespectful to guests. We’d hoped to rebook after our family health issue was resolved, but after this, we definitely won’t.
