Nice apartments 😉

The apartment was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and Casateia was a nice place to stay. The location is excellent, just steps from the bus stop and a small, clean, well-stocked supermarket with quality products. There’s also a nearby restaurant with excellent value. The beds were comfortable, there were an extraordinary number of towels, and the sheets were spotless. I didn't use the pools or spa, but they looked beautiful. The bathroom setup was the main problem. The main bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is tiny and can't be fixed in place while you shower. With no curtain or door, the floor gets completely wet, making showering feel risky for adults. The second bathroom has just a toilet and a tiny sink that's nearly unusable. The apartment was clean, but the balcony wasn't, and one of its four plastic chairs was broken. My stay was comfortable, apart from the uneasy feeling caused by the bathroom.

We stayed for 6 days and the hostess changed our towels once, which was unexpected and much appreciated. The cleaning was impeccable, better than in some 4-star hotels, and the apartment, Studio 2, had everything needed, though there's no hairdryer in the bathroom. Wi-Fi didn't work in the apartment, but was fine in common areas. The bed was very comfortable, with double pillows, and the private garden was comfortable and well furnished. The indoor pools were lovely and warm. The Residence is a couple of kilometers from Vipiteno, in a quiet, welcoming place. There's a bar and mini market next door with fresh bread, plus a lovely woodland walk to nearby villages that starts after passing through the village. A hypermarket is on the road just before Casateia. Everything was wonderful, and I'd return to try the other apartments with mountain views.

The property is beautiful, but the apartments are very small. Our kitchen is meant to seat four, yet the table is decidedly too small for four adults. The pools are nice, but the water felt too cold for me. The shower curtain is a downside too, since it floods the room every time you shower.
