Tenne Chalets

We stayed at the Tenne Chalet from September 2-5, 2024, for three nights, at €460 per night, and had late checkout booked until 6 p.m. The chalet felt luxurious, with modern technology including a TV, a living room soundbar, and a tablet for ordering food from the lodges or getting chalet information. Ordering breakfast for the next day, including the delivery time, through WhatsApp each evening worked flawlessly. We could also use the spa and pool in the main Tenne Lodges building, including a steam room and other wellness treatments. The food at the Tenne Lodges restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented, but the portions seemed small. We only learned after asking that it was a 13-course menu, which was meant to explain the portion sizes. Still, we didn't see what felt like a 13-course feast: there were three appetizers, three main courses, and three desserts to choose from. It would've helped to know beforehand that the smaller courses could be ordered as mains or in larger portions, and what those options cost. That information was missing, and communication about the restaurant choices should have been much clearer for a hotel of this kind. Even with that frustration, the peaceful location and luxurious chalet made for an unforgettable getaway.

Daniel, the manager, is top notch, and the staff were courteous, professional, and great with service. We had a wonderful holiday in every way. This is the best chalet in all of Trentino, just magnificent!

The spa is free and has a spectacular view, and relaxing in the patio jacuzzi was fabulous. The ski slopes are only five minutes away. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the luxurious modern furnishings fit beautifully with the natural setting. It was a dream holiday, and I'd go back tomorrow.
