There’s a nice breakfast basket if you ask, and they were happy to let us use the washing machine for a small fee. The place is spacious and comfortable, with good plumbing. Just be ready for the setting: it’s at the end of a rough 700M track, which was tough on a bike after a hard day. There’s no restaurant within more than a kilometre, so a car helps. After the struggle up that track, though, we enjoyed the 15km downhill start.

The host and owner is really nice and accommodating, always ready to help and offer advice about what to do, where to eat, and how to enjoy the region. It’s a very relaxing spot, close to lovely villages and great restaurants. We’ll be back soon.

The owners were exceptionally helpful and communicative, and the facilities were fantastic. The location is absolutely stunning. I wish I’d been able to stay longer, and would give it 6 stars if I could!

Massimo is a warm, welcoming host, and the property has lovely views. Great place and location. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a taste of Tuscany and Val D Orcia.

Spectacular views and a really quiet, relaxing feel, just 5 mins from the charming Radicofani village. A lovely place to get away from the noise of the city.
