The pool was well cared for and had everything we needed. We were visiting Sicily with family and spent a few peaceful days in a lovely location. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was very nice, with plenty of local produce. There isn't a restaurant on site, but we were able to order food from a nearby restaurant for delivery. Thanks again.

We didn't expect to be this impressed by the hotel. The pool is enormous, breakfast was outstanding, and we also enjoyed some lovely massages. To us, it feels like it deserves four stars rather than the three it currently has.

The grounds and gardens are so well kept, and the whole place feels like stepping into a calmer, quieter world. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The reception team were lovely, especially Valentina, who helped with everything we asked and greeted us with a smile each time. When the AC stopped working one day, it was sorted within minutes. The repairman kept apologizing, even though he didn't need to, and we appreciated how considerate he was. Artemisia is beautiful, and we'll definitely come back. Thank you from Malta ☺️

The rooms were spotless, breakfast was good, and the staff were dedicated. A wonderful resort close to Pozzallo.
