Finestra Sui Ponti

The apartment itself was gorgeous, with an amazing bed, great air conditioning and shower, and thoughtful breakfast items, juice, water, soap, and shampoo. The value for the price was very high, and Salvo’s communication was flawless. His kindness made a stressful night manageable. My flight was rerouted, leaving me scrambling onto a bus to Ragusa at the last minute with only 5% phone battery. I needed somewhere to stay for a midnight arrival and a taxi to the airport at 5am, and had little hope of making my flight. Without help, I might have spent the night on the street. I booked and messaged Salvo around 10:30pm. Knowing my phone would die and I wouldn’t be able to find the hotel, he arranged for his wonderful neighbor to meet me at the bus terminal at midnight. He also worked hard to find a taxi driver willing to take me to the airport so early. I’m so thankful he arranged the late check-in, pickup, and taxi. He went above and beyond, and was the kindest host I’ve ever encountered. I absolutely recommend this place and would stay again if I returned to Ragusa. I feel lucky to have experienced his hospitality.
