Even in just a few days, I could tell the residence is well run and cared for by Arian and his wife. Alex and Fabrizio were especially kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The pool was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and being open 24 hours was a plus. It's also away from the hustle and bustle of Marina di Ragusa. There is a Conad supermarket nearby, a gas station where I even washed my car, and a restaurant across the road, so everything was convenient.

The studio itself was bright and cozy, with a nice view. But our arrival was handled very poorly. Nobody answered the gate buzzer, and only after we called did a young woman show up 15 minutes later. She seemed completely unmotivated and took us to the room without saying anything or showing any emotion. She simply handed over the key. We got no explanation or information about the property, the room, or even how to check out. It was a real shame.

We had such a lovely, calm week here, and it was a great place for children. Melissa and her husband welcomed us and were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was beautiful. A few small maintenance jobs might be needed, but nothing major. The pool was large, clean, and wonderfully relaxing, about 1.60 meters deep, with a little children's section and another area with whirlpools. We always found loungers. The supermarket and Marina di Ragusa seafront were only a few kilometers away. Highly recommended 🥰
