The villa was nice and comfortable for resting, and the owner was okay to communicate with. We went in May, when the pool was covered with ugly canvas and unavailable. The barbecue area is good, but there isn’t much light, and we had to bring our own barbecue. Towels and sheets were clean. There were only a few pots, and no kettle for boiling water. Thanks.

Villa Nicole was a peaceful oasis for the few days my girlfriend and I spent there after mid-August. The location is quiet but still close to the sea and the center of Marina di Ragusa, and we found it welcoming and perfect for relaxing together. The villa is beautiful, spotless, meticulously maintained, and has every comfort. The private pool was the highlight, giving us a lovely place to unwind in complete privacy. Highly recommended for couples or families looking for a relaxing, quality stay. We’ll definitely repeat the experience. Thank you, Villa Nicole!

We stayed at the property on April 25th, and the villa itself looks good. The host was rude: after a few drops of chocolate stained the bedspread, we were sent photos in the chat and fined €10 because it had to be taken back to the laundry. But if it had been clean, would he have left it for the next guests?

The rooms were spotless, each with a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a TV. The property has five en-suite rooms, two kitchens, a lovely pool, and a charming garden. Congratulations to the wonderful couple who run this beautiful place, and thank you for making us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back.
