The wine was incredible, and each one came with a thorough explanation of its grapes and flavor profile. They were all delicious. Our group of nine chose lunch, a tasting, and a vineyard tour, and the meal was unbelievable too. Everything was fresh, with much of it, including cheese, produce, and olive oil, made on-site. The vineyard and cellar tours were informative and took us through beautiful spaces, indoors and out. Several team members and even the owner spent time with us, making us feel welcome. Perfect hospitality and a can’t-miss experience.

The wines were good, but the food was very poor. We’ve visited other wineries on Etna, and this one doesn’t offer the same kind of tasting as they do. I wouldn’t do it again.

Fabio, our host, spoke good English and knew a lot about the region, the wines, and how they’re made. After researching a bit, a group of wine-loving friends and I visited while staying in Taormina. We started with a lengthy tour of the vineyard estate, then drove to the cellar for a winery tour and finally visited the tasting room. The experience felt intimate and unhurried, with generous pours and food. The wines were tremendous, with a strong sense of terroir. Wileyne pinot noir was the standout, while the sparkling wines and local Nerello Malescalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties were expressive, balanced, and easy to drink.
