The room is so humid that you have to sleep with the window open, and it's tiny for a couple. There's no space to open two suitcases, and no privacy inside the room or from the hallway because the doors are made of very thin plywood. The whole place is dilapidated and has nothing to do with a 4-star rating, perhaps it deserves one star. I strongly don't recommend it unless you're completely desperate.

My room had been recently renovated, and I liked the decor. The property itself is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous and good quality.

The apartment's sea view was fantastic, and it had lovely flooring. The sheets and linens were clean, too. We stayed one night, just the two of us, in room 305 at the Hotidays apartments, inside a 4-star hotel, and felt like we were in paradise. Reception staff were pleasant, smiling, and polite, and they spoke French. Thank you, Mélany, for the advice about our trip to Rapallo! :) There's secure private parking under video surveillance, and it's a 15-minute walk to the center. We had neighbors, and the only downside was hearing them talk, sneeze, and cough through the rather thin walls.
