The bedding had no duvet cover, which felt unexpected and unsanitary, and the couch cover had a lot of grime built up on it. Those problems added to a disappointing six-night stay at Casa Vacanze La Trinità in Ravello, Italy. The kitchen was missing basics like salt and pepper, so making even a simple meal was difficult. What’s a kitchen for if you can’t cook? The omission seemed careless and showed little regard for guests’ comfort, especially given how little those items cost. There were only two rolls of toilet paper and tiny amounts of shampoo and shower gel for the whole visit. With Ravello being remote and essentials not readily available, that left me in a difficult spot. The apartment initially seemed clean, but the shortages and cleanliness issues made the stay far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of attention to guest comfort. It’s a shame these oversights spoiled what could have been a fair stay in charming Ravello.

A basket of treats, coffee capsules, and two big bottles of water were waiting in the fridge when we got to our already cool room. The place was brand new and spotless. Our smiling hostess met us, showed us the way, and walked us to the room. They also helped with our luggage, which was carried in a special vehicle, and our car was secure in the accommodation’s private parking. We highly recommend it, everything was amazing!

Albino, the manager, was always available with advice. I stayed here with my family for three days in July 2023 and was very pleased. The apartment had lovely new furniture and top-quality appliances, and we didn’t find anything missing. The three air conditioners and the garden relaxation area were great too.

I was here for work and had a wonderful stay at La Trinità Holiday House. The breakfast items were already set out on the table, which was so convenient. The place is spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the location is perfect. What more could you ask for?
