A Casa di Paola Suite B&B

The host was calm and welcoming after my very long, stressful drive. I tried parking in the public lot, though I should have gone to the front door first for clearer parking directions. The host upgraded my room and served a stunning breakfast. I'd love to come back and spend longer here. I wish I'd had more time in Ravenna and less in the tourist madness of Venice.

Breakfast came with pastries, fresh coffee, and savory finger foods, and the staff were wonderful. The rooms are clean and gorgeous, with a beautiful look throughout. We were on the top floor, where the exposed beams and skylight were lovely. It's very secure, about an 8-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the city center. A real hidden gem, 10/10, I'd suggest staying here if you can.

Just a short walk from the station and all the amenities, this was a great family-run place for our stay before the cruise. The people there really care about the experience. They offered complimentary drinks, including wine, and even a shuttle to the cruise port. The property was clean and tidy, with a very distinctive interior. We'll be back and will recommend it to friends and family.

With Ravenna being fairly quaint, we found the location close to everything: the train and bus stations, shops, restaurants, and the sights. Our family of ten really appreciated how hospitable the host Frederico was. He was superb, helpful, and kind. The rooms were large, and the bathrooms had been updated and were very spacious.
