Appartamento Corte Callegari

The owners were so thoughtful, leaving bottled water and fresh fruit in the fridge, which was especially welcome in the heat. The towels and sheets smelled freshly washed, too. The spacious, spotless property can fit eight people comfortably, though you can book for two. It has two bedrooms for four, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, air conditioning, and fans. It's just outside the historic center, about a five-minute walk from the main attractions. Free parking is available less than 100 meters away at the post office, so you can park and leave the car there.

The owners were extremely friendly, especially the gentleman we chatted with. The bedroom and separate bathroom are both large, and the decor is very nice. Guests can use a large kitchen and living room. It's a very quiet spot, a little out of the way but still close to the center, with very good restaurants nearby. A great base for visiting Ravenna's magical places.

Laura welcomed us warmly and served a delicious breakfast each morning, with cakes, focaccia, and fruit salad she made fresh herself. She also knows what to see and where to eat. The B&B is close to Ravenna's historic center but away from traffic, in a very quiet area. Our room was spacious, so it should work well even for families with children. I hope to visit Laura again soon, and recommend it to everyone.

Laura's motto at breakfast is, "Just ask!!!" and there was plenty of choice. She was very friendly and shared lots of useful tips about Ravenna and the surrounding area. The room, bathroom, and rest of the house were spotless. The B&B is only steps from Ravenna's historic center. Everything went well, with nothing unusual to report.
