Federica Vacanze - Villa Rosa

There are mosquito nets to keep the bites away, and the house has a pleasant front garden with a table, chairs, and umbrella. The neighbor's friendly dog visits daily to do its business there, then the owner comes by to pick up the poop. The rooms are on the small side, but adequate, and the furnishings are dated yet functional. It's a modest place, and there is no air conditioning, so bring a fan, especially in the August heat. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there's a squeegee and brush you can use to clean it. I'd also bring plug adapters and triple sockets.

July was a hard month to stay there. The house got too hot without air conditioning, and the old furniture didn't help. There was no shower tray, so the bathroom kept flooding. The electrical system also seemed like it might be substandard.

The location is very central, handy for both the beach and nightlife. The house is basic, but functional. Sadly, there is no air conditioning.

Looks nice from the outside, but it's still old.
