Hotel Mosaico

For an inexpensive 3* hotel, Hotel Mosaico is really good. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is excellent, and there's a comfortable lounge plus plenty of parking. It's on the wrong side of the railway for Ravenna, but the nearby station has an underpass that takes you straight into the city. Also, try Ca Rossa restaurant just around the corner.

The staff were welcoming and gave us useful information, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too. It's a lovely little hotel by the train station, with the city centre an easy walk away. I loved my stay and hope to come back. Grazi mille 🌷

The fire alarm went off for more than four hours. An apology was appreciated, but it wasn't enough when I was sick, needed sleep, and was only staying one day. The location looks okay at first, but in practice I wanted to be inside the city rather than outside the walls. Having to go back and forth so far, then put up with the alarm, ruined our visit. The photos also show outdoor seating that wasn't set up or usable, and there isn't even a cafe nearby. It's on a very busy highway. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

The room was clean, and they even had a kettle with surprisingly good tea. Parking was free and plentiful, so there was no worry about finding a space. The breakfast buffet was small but really good, and the staff were super friendly. It's right by the train station rather than in the town centre, but the walk into town is quick, so that shouldn't put you off. Nothing luxurious, but what the hotel offers, it does well.
