The staff were professional and quick to help, whether with directions or local suggestions, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, including pastries, fruit, hot food, and good coffee. Hotel NH Ravenna is right across from the train station, so getting there is easy and it's a handy base for walking around Ravenna. A comfortable, convenient choice if luxury isn't what you're after.

The front desk gave us useful advice about reaching the beach, and breakfast was tasty with a little variation from day to day. It's also close to the station, places to eat and shop, and historical and cultural sights. A great place.

We had a really good night here before our cruise. The staff were helpful, and the hotel's location made it easy to get around. Ravenna has plenty to see, with most sights within walking distance of NH Ravenna.

The hotel team were friendly and ready to help throughout our fantastic stay. NH Ravenna is also very well placed for exploring the city and its UNESCO sites.

The location was fine, but that was the only good part. Our air conditioner wasn't working, and the room was 27° inside, like a sauna. At 9pm, reception told us to go somewhere else if we didn't like it. They wouldn't move us to a room with working air-conditioning or refund us. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. I'd look for another hotel with a more affordable rate and staff who aren't rude and condescending. If you're booking a cruise through a company, don't let them put you in this hotel.
