Really nice hotel, and the receptionist staff were the best ever 😊 I can definitely recommend it.

The staff were the highlight for us: they speak German and are so friendly and helpful. When I lost my wallet in San Marino, they even came with me to the police station and translated. The Carabinieri were nice, but their English wasn't very good, so that help mattered a lot. The beach is very close and has a breakwater that's great for small children. The pool is fantastic, there's a shed for storing boats and similar things, and the sunrise view is lovely. We were very happy here.

From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but inside it's beautiful, pleasant, and very well cared for. The rooms are immaculate, the bathroom is new, and the shower is finally spacious instead of the usual little cubicle. There's a breathtaking view, too. The apartments come with air conditioning, electric shutters and awnings. The kitchen has everything and then some: a hairdryer, toaster, kettle, moka pot, cutlery, pans, plates, glasses, electric oven, microwave, and fridge. In two-room apartments there's a TV in each room. They even provide dishwashing liquid, a bathroom courtesy kit with soap and similar items, and a welcome set with sparkling and still water, taralli, and biscuits. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

The sea is right in front of the property, with no road to cross, and the simple apartments have all the comforts. We were there for four days, three friends and two little girls, and found the staff and owners extremely kind and welcoming. The common area is well furnished, with thoughtful, interesting details. Mirabilandia theme park is only a few minutes away. Highly recommended!
